DDX eLab for Dental Schools

DDX has always been the leading platform for practice-to-lab communication and is deeply woven into Labnext as your customer portal. In 2020 and 2021 we’ve been working on updates to DDX to support the unique requirements of dental schools.

This functionality includes:

  • Integration with the axiUm practice management software which is run in approximately 90% of North American dental schools
  • Flexible and robust case approval workflows for student case creation
  • Integration of intraoral scanning into the school’s case creation workflow
  • Enhanced security controls for the academic environment
A growing number of schools, including Midwestern University – Arizona, New York University, University of Pennsylvania are in the process of deploying, along with many others.

Henry Schein Design Services with Labnext

Recently Henry Schein launched a design services business offering a broad product selection to support dental labs. The service runs on the DDX technology platform, which means that submitting cases from your Labnext software couldnot be easier.
